2. Product, price and delivery
The public launch purchase provides account-bound digital access to one selected catalyst intelligence card. It is a one-time digital purchase and not a subscription.
The EUR amount displayed before checkout is the total customer price configured for the product. Where Stripe Tax determines tax is due, tax is calculated within that displayed amount rather than added on top. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount before payment.
Digital access is intended to be supplied immediately after Stripe confirms payment and server-side fulfilment succeeds.
3. Immediate supply and withdrawal acknowledgement
Before checkout begins, the purchaser must actively tick a separate checkbox stating:
“I expressly request immediate supply of the digital access I purchase before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that, for digital content supplied immediately, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins; if the purchase is legally treated as a service, I acknowledge that I lose that right once the service has been fully performed. Other mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.”
The Observer records this version and the acknowledgement timestamp with the purchase. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for failed fulfilment, duplicate charges or non-conforming digital supply.
4. Purchase confirmation
After confirmed payment, The Observer is designed to show an account-bound confirmation and send a confirmation to the purchaser's account email. The confirmation records the product, selected catalyst, amount paid, purchase identifier, payment time, acknowledgement version/time and a Stripe receipt link where Stripe provides one.
5. Access entitlement
The purchased catalyst unlock is tied to the purchaser's Observer account. It has no scheduled time-based expiry while the relevant access feature and account remain available. The purchase is not cash, stored value or a transferable security.
6. Cancellation, failed fulfilment and refunds
A customer may submit a cancellation/withdrawal request through observercatalyst.com/withdrawal.html. The EU model withdrawal form is also available. Receipt of a request does not by itself determine whether a statutory withdrawal right or refund applies.
If payment succeeds but access is not granted, or a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, contact easytradeadvice@gmail.com. Refunds and remedies will be handled according to applicable mandatory law and the circumstances of the transaction.
7. Research-service limitations
The Observer is an informational research tool. It does not provide investment advice or recommend buying, selling or holding securities. Catalyst Sensitivity is a materiality indicator, not an approval probability, price target, return forecast or trade signal. Users should verify material information using the linked primary source.
8. Payments and privacy
Stripe-hosted Checkout processes payment details. The Observer does not store full payment-card numbers. Supabase stores account, entitlement, purchase and consent records needed to provide the service. Resend may process the purchaser's email address to deliver transactional confirmations. See the Privacy Notice.
9. Governing law
These purchase terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.
