PHARMA CATALYST INTELLIGENCE

One event.
One company.
One card.

The Observer was built to remove the hours spent jumping between company websites, trial registries, regulator pages and financial data just to understand one pharma catalyst.

My name is Daniel Todorov.

I wasn't trying to build another stock screener. I was trying to solve my own research process.

I’ve been trading on a small scale for several years, across very different companies — from Ferrari and NVIDIA to Bristol Myers Squibb, and yes, penny stocks too.

Over time, I noticed that I consistently performed best when I focused on pharma companies. That made sense: my background is in microbiology, so the science, terminology and development process were naturally more familiar to me.

I gradually started focusing on companies approaching major drug-development events — FDA decisions, late-stage clinical milestones, regulatory reviews and important readouts.

But there was a problem.

The research took time. A lot of time.

I would move between company websites, investor presentations, ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA pages, regulatory documents and financial information just to answer a handful of basic questions.

The questions I kept asking before every catalyst.

01

When is the deadline?

Is it an exact regulatory date, a month, a quarter, or simply a company target?

02

How big is the company?

The same event can matter very differently to a small biotech and a diversified pharmaceutical company.

03

How important is this drug?

Is the company heavily exposed to this asset, or is it one program among many?

04

What else is in the pipeline?

A catalyst makes more sense when you understand what sits around it.

05

What does the company actually do?

Sometimes the first useful question is simply understanding the science and business behind the ticker.

06

Where is the official source?

The source matters. A company release, regulator page or trial registry is not the same as a repeated headline.

What if all of that research could be brought together before I opened ten tabs?

That question became The Observer.

It brings the event, the company, the drug, the official source, company exposure, catalyst significance and timing uncertainty into a single research card.

OBSERVE→VERIFY→UNDERSTAND

Built from the research process I was already doing manually.

Enter The Observer →

An intelligence layer between the source and your own decision.

Not a trade signal.
The Observer does not tell you what to buy or sell.

Not a price prediction.
Catalyst Sensitivity measures relative issuer/event materiality, not expected return.

Not a replacement for research.
It is designed to make the first stage of that research dramatically faster.
