Use this page to submit an unequivocal cancellation or withdrawal request relating to a The Observer purchase. We record the exact time and content of your request and, when transactional email is available, send an acknowledgement to the purchase email address.
Important: if you expressly requested immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right before access began, the normal 14-day withdrawal right may already have ended. This does not remove mandatory remedies for duplicate charges, failed fulfilment or non-conforming digital supply.
